Arc Flash Protection Coverall Kits are clothing kits containing arc flash coveralls in an ATPV rating of either 8 cal/cm2 or 12 cal/cm2, a NEW AS1200HAT, an appropriate ATPV rated AFHOOD, ASBAG, SKBAG and safety glasses.
Sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL available from stock. Other sizes and orange color available by special order.
These kits meet NFPA 70E Hazard Risk Category 2.

Mobile fall arrester with locking function
The ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester is designed to facilitate manipulations during rope ascents. In normal use, the device moves freely along the rope without any manual intervention and accompanies the user in all his movements. In case of shock or sudden movement, the fall arrester locks on the rope and stops the user. The ASAP LOCK’s integrated locking function allows the user to immobilize the device to reduce the length of a fall. The connection arm makes the system loss-resistant when passing intermediate anchors. The ASAP LOCK is used with an energy absorbing lanyard to work at a distance from the rope.

With its unique locking system, the ASAP is a reference product in fall protection for workers at height. In normal use, the device moves freely along the rope without any manual intervention and accompanies the user in all his movements. In case of shock or sudden acceleration, the ASAP locks on the rope and stops the user. The ASAP may also be combined with an ASAP’SORBER energy absorbing lanyard to work at a distance from the rope.

This lanyard is available in two lengths for a choice of the best balance between distance from the rope and reducing the fall length.

Designed for comfort in any situation:

– Semi-rigid, wide waist belt and leg loops for excellent support; sculpted and lined with breathable perforated foam for comfort during suspension
– Foam shoulder straps are widely spaced to reduce neck chafing; when the waist belt is loaded, they help distribute this load over the shoulders
Practical adjustment:
– Waist belt and shoulder straps equipped with self-locking Double-Back buckles for quick and easy adjustment
– Leg loops equipped with FAST buckles for quick and easy opening and fastening without the need to readjust them, even while wearing gloves
